Pets are welcome at Rock Town River Outfitters. Kayak tours and rentals, as well as bike tours and rentals, are available at Little Rock's first Arkansas River outfitter in Central Arkansas. Bring your dog to the Rock Town River Outfitters and the Rock City Row Team's shared boat house, which is a terrific spot to get out on the water, learn from expert rowers, and hire your pet-friendly craft of choice. The River Market Farmers' Market welcomes pets. Bring your leashed dog along to enjoy the views of Riverfront Park and the Arkansas River from two open-air pavilions. This free to enter market, which is brimming with farm-fresh fruit, locally prepared cottage delicacies, and homemade arts and crafts, is a must-see for anybody visiting Little Rock. Vendors who regularly set up at the market include canine adoption agencies, natural dog treat stands, and more, which is an added bonus for Petzooie. From May to September, the Little Rock Farmers' Market is open every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On the grounds of the Clinton Presidential Center, leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners. Simply keep Petzooie on a leash and clean up after him at all times.

Within McArthur Area, there is a fenced dog park called McArthur Bark Park. The dog park is located on a two-acre tract in MacArthur Park's southeast corner (across from Bowen Law School) and features over sixty parking spaces with LED lights. A five-foot chain-link perimeter fence, "double-gate" entrances with large regulations signage, a separate area for small dogs (under 30 pounds), pet waste disposal stations, and watering stations are also included.

Rock Town Distillery specializes in flavored vodka, bourbon, gin, rum, and moonshine and is dog-friendly. There will be no food supplied, but you are free to bring your own.

Bring Petzooie to Bark Bar and let him run about in the off-leash section. Arkansas' first indoor/outdoor dog play area and bar is Bark Bar. Grab a drink while your dog is playing, whether it's a cup of coffee, a local brew, or a unique cocktail. Treat your dog to a Spaniel Sundae, a dish of Mini Carrots, or a Dog's Dog, all washed down with a Doggie Ale. There is also a tiny assortment of human food available. To visit the premises, all pets must have a one-day pass, a monthly membership, or an annual membership. Before obtaining a pass, dog owners should carefully study the Bark Bar's list of rules and regulations.
