Rock Town Distillery specializes in flavored vodka, bourbon, gin, rum, and moonshine and is dog-friendly. There will be no food supplied, but you are free to bring your own.

Within McArthur Area, there is a fenced dog park called McArthur Bark Park. The dog park is located on a two-acre tract in MacArthur Park's southeast corner (across from Bowen Law School) and features over sixty parking spaces with LED lights. A five-foot chain-link perimeter fence, "double-gate" entrances with large regulations signage, a separate area for small dogs (under 30 pounds), pet waste disposal stations, and watering stations are also included.

The River Market District, located along the downtown riverfront, is the place to be and be seen in Little Rock. Visitors to the region can explore charming and eccentric stores, dine in one of many excellent restaurants, and shop at the Farmer's Market (held every Tuesday and Saturday from May through October). Dogs are welcome to accompany their owners on the district's open-air streets and at select outdoor dining establishments. Petzooie must be kept on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up after him.

Pets are welcome at Rock Town River Outfitters. Kayak tours and rentals, as well as bike tours and rentals, are available at Little Rock's first Arkansas River outfitter in Central Arkansas. Bring your dog to the Rock Town River Outfitters and the Rock City Row Team's shared boat house, which is a terrific spot to get out on the water, learn from expert rowers, and hire your pet-friendly craft of choice. Kayak rentals for a two-hour float start at $35. On board, dogs are welcome.During the spring and summer, Rock Town Outfitters is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; during the winter, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.,

The River Market Farmers' Market welcomes pets. Bring your leashed dog along to enjoy the views of Riverfront Park and the Arkansas River from two open-air pavilions. This free to enter market, which is brimming with farm-fresh fruit, locally prepared cottage delicacies, and homemade arts and crafts, is a must-see for anybody visiting Little Rock. Vendors who regularly set up at the market include canine adoption agencies, natural dog treat stands, and more, which is an added bonus for Petzooie. From May to September, the Little Rock Farmers' Market is open every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On the grounds of the Clinton Presidential Center, leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners. Simply keep Petzooie on a leash and clean up after him at all times.
