South Valleys Regional Park

Sport leagues and facilities, youth programs, health and wellness services, parks and trails are all available through the City of Reno Parks & Recreation department. Reno offers a plethora of recreational opportunities.

Picnic and recreation areas, as well as a museum and botanical garden, are available at this old ranch park.

Mira Loma Park is a 37.5-acre Reno park with bathrooms available all year.

There are 56 acres of grassland, walking trails, a regulation-size horse arena, and reservable Western structures on the property.

This park is located along the Truckee River, just east of the Mayberry Underpass. Three picnic tables, a nature trail with explanatory signage, better parking, a paved bike route, and access to the Truckee River are among the amenities.

Summit Ridge Park is a 6-acre Reno park with restrooms that are available seasonally.
