According to the Indian Hills General Improvement District, Sunridge is already a dog-friendly park, but dogs must be on a leash.

164. Korean War Veterans Memorial Park

There is no vehicular access to the Carson River through the all gravel path/road. It's flat and well-kept. Dogs are welcome, however coyotes are usually seen early in the morning.
