Bay Cruisers is a dog-friendly boat rental and tour company in Morro Bay, located adjacent to the volcanic plug Morro Rock. You and seven pals can board one of the small cruisers and take a journey around the bay; no prior experience is required to manage the simple boats. Except for sunset tours, which cost $100, boat rentals are $95 for an hour. Pets are allowed for a cost of $10.

Separate protected grassy spaces with seaside views are available for both little and large dogs to play off leash at this park. Vaccinations must be up to date, and dogs must be properly licensed and tagged. Take Highway 1 north out of Morro Bay and turn right at the stop sign into San Jacinto. Continue straight until you reach Ironwood Ave, then turn left onto Ironwood Ave, which leads to Del Mar Park. Follow the signage west of the parking lot, near the tennis courts, to the dog park. This is a dog park that is self-funded and maintained. Open from 8 a.m. until dusk.

Pets are welcome in Morro Bay Dog Beach, also known as Toro Creek Dog Beach. Bring your dog to the beach for a leashed walk. Don't forget to wipe up any spills that may have occurred. Every day of the week, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., the sand stretch is open.
