In Rochester, the Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park is a huge open park where dogs can play off-leash. The park has a variety of agility equipment, including as tunnels, bridges, and other obstacles. Humans can observe on benches set up in the shade of the trees. Due to the fact that some areas of the park are not completely gated, use caution.
