Dog Park at E. L. Pete Peterson Park

The JC Pooch Park has a 5-acre fenced-in area where your dog can run off leash. All dogs must be up to date on their immunizations, rabies-free, and clear of parasites. Donations are gratefully accepted. Dog birthday parties, dog training, canine meet-up groups, and other events are available for rent.

A massive pebble tech in-ground saltwater pool with two beach entry, a baja ledge, diving dock, and various water spouts can be found at Country Kennels Dawg Water Park in Murrieta, California. The area is completely fenced for the safety of your pets. The pool area also includes custom-built tunnels and hills for your dogs to run and play in, as well as sprinklers to keep their paws cool. The cost of pool time begins at $14 per dog. The Waterpark is open to the general public during certain hours and can also be booked for special events and private parties. Terri Peak Trail at Lake Perris State Recreation Area is a moderately simple, dog-friendly 2.8 mile hike that will take Petzooie around 1.5 hours to accomplish. This well-marked track is an excellent method to prepare for walks at higher elevations. The trail includes some extremely steep sections where you will gain a significant amount of elevation, is a fantastic workout, and is open all year. This trail is open to dogs, but they must be kept on a leash. There is a cost to enter Lake Perris State Recreation Area. Fees are based on the number of vehicles. There is no price if you arrive on foot or by bike.

Morgan Trail is an 8.4-mile out and back hike in Cleveland National Forest that takes about 4-6 hours with Petzooie. This trail provides a nice sense of privacy while remaining accessible. Because it is not on Highway 74, it is less congested.
