Tucker Park

Hidden Rock Park is a 60-acre site that houses the baseball and softball activities of the Goochland Youth Athletic Association. Adult athletic leagues sponsored by Parks and Recreation are also held in the site.

The Pleasant Grove Dog Park, located at the Eastern Trailhead entry, has a large and small dog run for your pets to exercise and interact in a safe environment.

There are many picnic tables inside and several benches outside two huge gated areas (not dog-size specific). There isn't much shade, but lots of room for dogs to run. Water containers were given instead of a water tap. Off Old Brook Road and Azalea Avenue, beside Henderson Middle School, is the Henderson Sports Complex. Turn off Old Brook near the Northside YMCA building and drive about 1/4 mile to the parking lot.

A sports field, playground, and fitness stations may be found in this neighborhood greenspace.

This gorgeous private off-leash dog park is rarely busy, so your pet will have lots of space to run about and play. Bowls are provided, but water is required. For further information, call (804) 233-4371.

The oldest dog park in Richmond is Barker Field. Barker Field Dog Park is a fenced, multi-acre dog park located behind the Carillon and Dogwood Dell outdoor theater in Richmond's Byrd Park. Water, shelters, and sitting are available on this woodland spot.
