The Greater Pinebelt Community Foundation spearheaded this initiative. The Foundation's mission is to build communities by linking charitable-minded individuals with projects that are important to them.

The Hattiesburg Zoo, as well as tennis courts, playgrounds, and walking trails, are all located inside this 40-acre park.

This new KOA offers sixty acres of calm southern splendor, where you may fish in three lakes or wander along forested walking pathways in a peaceful bird paradise. Whether it's a Deluxe Cabin, a wooded Tent Site, or a location for your RV near the water's edge, you'll find a site to suit your camping style.

Lakeshore Park, with its gorgeous views of the Reservoir, is a great area for swimming, picnicking, and relaxing.

Pelahatchie Shore Park offers summer pleasure for the whole family. The park has a public boat launch and disc golf course, as well as a pavilion that can be rented for a modest cost. There are plenty of open spaces and public picnic shelters.
