Lancaster public facilities, parks, and recreational programming are managed by Manheim Township Parks and Recreation in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. These include public parks and open spaces, sports facilities, trails, and nature preserves, as well as recreation amenities such as athletic fields, public indoor and outdoor pools, and sports facilities. Lancaster's Parks Department also hosts community programs and events.

This dog park, which was completely renovated in August of 2013, has become a neighbourhood favourite. There are separate areas for little and large dogs, each having splash pads, a doxi tunnel on the small dog side, and a tennis ball tree on the large dog side that launches tennis balls.

A dog park, wading pool, basketball court, walking trails, and other play facilities are all located here.

A public park with 80 acres of outdoor activities, including a lake, petting zoo, and playgrounds, is located in the city.
