Dog Park

Plum Creek Park is a 25-acre park located off Cherry Street. The land was purchased from the Kent Water and Light Company in 1923 by the City of Kent, and it has since been used as a drinking water reservoir, a field for water wells, a storage area, a landfill, a gravel pit, and a shooting range.

There's a lake, pavilions, basketball and volleyball courts, and two playground sections in this park.

Cranberry Creek Community Park, a 35-acre park in Brimfield Township that was donated by the developer of the Cranberry Creek neighborhood on Sandy Lake Road, is located at the northwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and Lynn Road.

The Kauffman Dog Park in Marion, Ohio, is part of the family-friendly Kennedy Park. This designated canine zone, located on a section of Kennedy Park's 26 acres, features two fully gated areas perfect for off-leash play. Small dogs get access to one of the two enclosures.

Soccer fields, restrooms, and a picnic shelter are all available at Kellogg Park. The Kellogg Park Dog Field, on the back four acres, is a popular off-leash area for permit holders and their canine companions.
