The Mill Creek Canyon Earthworks in Kent, Washington, is a public park, storm water retention dam, and Modernist "masterpiece" of environmental art. Herbert Bayer, a Bauhaus artist, designed the earthworks in 1982, and the King County Landmarks Commission listed it as a landmark in 2008.

6. Morrill Meadows Dog Park

Morrill Meadows Park welcomes dogs! Parking, drinking fountains, an open grass playfield and play equipment, picnic spaces with a picnic shelter, grills, public art, restrooms, pathways, and more are among the facilities. A.25-mile forested route and a.25-mile meadow trail are available. The park is open to the public from dawn to dusk and is free of charge.

Plum Creek Park is a 25-acre park located off Cherry Street. The land was purchased from the Kent Water and Light Company in 1923 by the City of Kent, and it has since been used as a drinking water reservoir, a field for water wells, a storage area, a landfill, a gravel pit, and a shooting range.
