Ritter Park

Hancock County Parks and Recreation is made up of four parks and playgrounds that span the county's four corners.

Lilly pads grow in the deepest part of the pool. These are floating soft pads that are tethered from below and have a cargo net above to help them stay in place.a

Tu-Endie-Wei State Park is located in downtown Point Pleasant, West Virginia, at the confluence of the Kanawha River and the Ohio River. The park commemorates the Battle of Point Pleasant, which took place on October 10, 1774, between Virginia's colonial militia and Shawnee Chief Cornstalk's soldiers.

Chief Logan State Park is a 3,988-acre state park in Logan County, West Virginia, about 4 miles north of Logan. Chief Logan, a Mingo Native American leader who resided in the area before the American Revolutionary War, was the inspiration for the park, the town, and the county.

Bring Fido to the open area and paved walking trails at Eleanor Park, which is also the site of the annual Putnam County Fair.
