Lake Guntersville State Park

Guntersville Dog Park is a dog park located in Tom Jackson Park near the lake in Guntersville. The park is located just behind the little league baseball grounds, off Sunset Drive. A nice walking track and a children's play area are both located near the dog park. There is a separate area for tiny dogs and a separate space for large dogs in the dog park.

Albertville's Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater Dog Park is a pet-friendly recreation area. With 16 tennis courts, 14 outdoor turf fields, a 7,500-seat amphitheater, an 8-lane indoor competition pool, an outdoor water park, playgrounds, an RV park, and a 103,000-square-foot community recreation center, this complex is a sports, leisure, wellness, and entertainment venue. A walled dog park divided into two areas, one for large dogs and the other for tiny dogs, is the focus. Remember to clear up any trash that has been left in the park. Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Buck's Pocket State Park is a dog-friendly state park near Oak Grove, Alabama. Situated in three counties and tucked away in a natural pocket, Buck's Pocket State Park is one of Alabama's most tranquil spots. The wide views of the park's seemingly unspoiled terrain are well-known. Petzooie is welcome to accompany you to the park as long as he or she remains on a leash. Please note that dogs are not permitted on off-road vehicle paths, horseback riding trails, the maintenance facility, designated grilling sites, or the bathhouse. Pets must never be left alone.

Dogs are permitted in most areas of Cathedral Caverns in Woodville, AL, as long as they are restrained. For safety concerns, several bike and equestrian riding trails do not allow dogs. In stores, food service areas, bathhouses, pools, and swimming areas, dogs are not permitted. Fido cannot be left unsupervised, and if left in a heated car for more than 30 minutes, he will be confiscated. The cave is kept at a warm 60 degrees all year, making it a perfect field trip for schools, churches, and other groups. The park is 493 acres in size, and there are established hiking trails for individuals who wish to get out and about.

Leashed dogs are permitted to accompany you on the asphalt walking track that runs parallel to Guntersville Lake and the golf course at Goose Pond Colony Resort in Scottsboro, AL. The big loop has very little traffic. Pets are also welcome to follow you farther into the park, where a huge amphitheater and fishing docks can be found. Throughout the park, there is lots of shade.

Scottsboro Dog Park in Scottsboro, AL, has two gated areas for off-leash play, with a small shelter with a picnic table in both the small and large dog enclosures. There are waste bag dispensers available. A few of agility components are included in the large dog segment. During the summer, there are two small above-ground pools. You may rinse Fido off with two hoses located in front of a concrete pad. A dog-friendly paved walking track may be found across the street at Veterans Memorial Park.
