A fantastic 8-mile hike on a well-marked trail. Bring plenty of water for both you and your canine companion! There are no available water sources, so be prepared! The sites are lovely, and the dogs are on a leash! Cash is required for parking.

Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization working to establish a countrywide network of trails from former rail lines and linking corridors, supports the Clovis Old Town Trail, which is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the group.
