In most other parts of the park, you should be able to find Petzooie. Camping for a few nights is one of the most popular activities. The campgrounds are brimming with magnificent wild gardens, some of which look out over the water. You should check with MacKerricher State Park to see whether they are open on the days you want to go.

Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens

Enjoy the grandeur of the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens in Fort Bragg, CA, where you can bring your leashed dog along. The formal gardens, coastal cliffs, pine forests, and fern-covered canyons are all breathtakingly beautiful. Something is usually in flower thanks to the warm seaside climate. Rhododendrons, magnolias, heritage roses, lilies, and succulents are just a few of the plants you'll come across while walking with Petzooie along the pathways.
