Apalachicola Dog Park is a 2 acre fenced off-leash dog park that is free to use. The park has portions for large and small dogs, as well as a separate space for dogs or individuals with special needs. Each portion has water and chairs, as well as shade structures and safety gates.
253. Dog Beach of Hollywood
Go to Hollywood's Dog Beach, where all members of your family, including your canine companions, can have a good time at the beach. The dog beach is open year-round on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Despite the fact that the Dog Beach of Hollywood is supervised by a park ranger, appropriate dog park etiquette is strongly urged. Aggressive dogs are not permitted, and owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs are also not permitted on the beach outside of the approved hours or locations.

In Miami-Dade County, Hobie Island Beach Park is a dog-friendly beach. This dog-friendly beach was created by humans. Your dog is welcome to run around in the sand and jump into the ocean, but keep an eye out for the windsurfers slaloming in the water. There are plenty of parking spots nearby, as well as areas to relax in the shade while your dog runs around. From sunrise until sunset, the beach is open to the public.

Lighthouse Point Park and Ponce Inlet Dog Beach is a lovely spot to unwind with Fido while taking in the beauty of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. It's a fantastic location for taking shots, and they even give doggie waste bags. Because this is not an off-leash park, keep Fido on a leash at all times. Lighthouse Point Park, on the north side of the Ponce de Leon Inlet, allows leashed dogs on the inlet and river waterfront beach.

In a big marked stretch of the beach in Fort Lauderdale, dogs are allowed off-leash. This dog park has dog bags, water, and beach showers. There's also a city officer on hand to assist with any issues and to police the rules at the beach. Although the beach is close to the road, the officer and dunes are both between the beach and the road, so parking is the only concern. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are the only days when the beach is open. Per dog, a one-weekend permit costs $7.

A modest pavilion, grill, picnic shelter, benches along the footbridge, restrooms, drinking fountain, and outside showers are all part of this 9.1-acre community beach area. Wheelchair access is available at one of the three dune crosses. Canova Beach Park is the only dog-friendly beach in Brevard County. All dogs must be kept on a leash and wear identification tags that indicate their current licencing and vaccinations. The Dog Beach is free to use, but owners must clean up after their pets. There are waste bags and appropriate containers accessible.
