Lighthouse Point Park

Happy Tails is situated on a quarter-acre of land surrounded by big oak trees. This park provides separate gated spaces for small and large dogs, as well as chairs for sitting, so your dog may run about safely. To clean up after the pets, there are doggie bags available.

On-leash dogs are welcome at this picturesque inlet, which also has showers, restrooms, and lots of parking. There are five ecosystems represented in this park, as well as raised boardwalks, picnic pavilions, nature paths, an observation tower, and other amenities.

A separate tiny dog section, drinking fountains, and shade trees are all part of this popular enclosed dog park. While your pet is off-leash, take in the beautiful scenery.

Wheelchair access is available at one of the three dune crosses. Canova Beach Park is the only dog-friendly beach in Brevard County. All dogs must be kept on a leash and wear identification tags that indicate their current licencing and vaccinations. The Dog Beach is free to use, but owners must clean up after their pets. There are waste bags and appropriate containers accessible.

In a specific portion of this park on Severn Avenue in Tampa, dogs are allowed to play off-leash.
