Bushmaster Park's Barkmaster Dog Park is 1.5 acres of fenced-in land. A separate space for little dogs is included in the off-leash park.

Nate Avery Route is an excellent dog-friendly trail in Flagstaff, Arizona. This two-mile circle around Buffalo Park leads to a wide open space on the flat top of McMillan Mesa, an ancient lava flow, and is one of the most popular urban trails in the area. The trail also leads to some spectacular views of Humphrey's Peak, the Dry Lake Hills, and Mount Elden from a wooded valley.

Hops on Birch, in Flagstaff, Arizona, is a casual craft beer pub that offers a wide range of beverages to suit any taste.
