Fenwick Island State Park

In the summer, leashed dogs are allowed on the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park, which offers various hiking and bicycling options all year. Pets are welcome to visit the seashore park/beaches at any time of the day (six miles of dog-friendly fun). From May 1 to September 30, dogs are not permitted on the boardwalk, the ocean beach, or any other swimming places designated by the Parks Division as dog-free.

Pets are welcome at Little Creek Dog Park. This 1.6-acre park close to the town's post office, located about 10 minutes from Dover, DE, is a popular area to take your dog.

The development of an agility course for the dog park was Christopher Dean's Eagle Scout service project as a boy scout.

Millsboro Dog Park welcomes pets. This is a fantastic fenced-in space for Fido to run around in while remaining tidy. Owners of dogs are reminded to tidy up after their pets.

Elsmere Dog Park has two enclosed sections where dogs can play off-leash, one for little dogs and the other for large dogs. A basic set of agility equipment is available.
