Lakepoint State Park is a picturesque park located on the banks of the 45,000-acre Lake Eufaula, often known as "The Bass Capital of the World," with a full-service restaurant and café, marina, hiking trails, contemporary campsite, swimming complex, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, wildlife and bird watching, camping, restaurants, a swimming pool, and picnic sites and playgrounds are just a few of the activities available. Most parks allow dogs as long as they are kept on a leash. For safety concerns, several bike and equestrian riding trails do not allow dogs. In stores, food service areas, bathhouses, pools, and swimming areas, dogs are not permitted. Dogs must not be left unsupervised, and if they are left in a heated car for more than 30 minutes, they will be confiscated.
