Ely KOA Journey

The goal of Lost and Found Pets of Elko is to reunite owners with their lost and found pets. We will also offer encouragement, hope, and support.

Ward Charcoal Ovens State Historic Park is located 20 miles south of Ely in White Pine County, Nevada, and is designated for historic preservation and public recreation. The beehive-shaped charcoal furnaces built in the latter half of the 19th century are protected by the 700-acre state park.

Boulder Creek Park welcomes pets. Bring your leashed dog to this Henderson park for a walk along the pathways and let her run free in the entirely fenced dog park. Dog owners are encouraged to keep an eye on their dogs while they're in the gated area and to avoid digging excessively.

Sport leagues and facilities, youth programs, health and wellness services, parks and trails are all available through the City of Reno Parks & Recreation department. Reno offers a plethora of recreational opportunities.

Heritage Park's Bark Park is pet-friendly. Separate dog runs, an agility course, a walking track, dog bone-themed chairs, bathrooms, and pet drinking stations are all part of the 5-acre Bark Park (and some for people too).

Locals enthuse about this friendly, well-maintained off-leash park, which is enclosed with a separate area for little dogs, water spigots, benches, and picnic tables.
