Waterfront Park

Two boat ramps, picnic tables, park chairs, a gazebo, a boardwalk, and a pier line the Pasquotank River in this lovely park for outdoor leisure. It's where we hold our yearly Fourth of July celebrations! This park, which offers a wonderful view of the Pasquotank River, is popular throughout the year. There is plenty of space for automobiles and cars with boat trailers.

Because so many of our residents have pets, this amenity is an excellent location to make new friends!
