The city of Eau Claire has three dog parks where residents can exercise their pets properly. All dog park visitors must either obtain an annual dog park license or pay a daily use fee.

Homestead Howl Dog Park

At Homestead Howl Dog Park, you can run around off-leash! The Dog Park is nine acres in size and totally fenced in, with distinct sections for small and large breeds. It is located within Homestead Hollow County Park. Around the perimeter are plenty of open space, pathways, dog bag stations, seats, and garbage cans. From sunrise to sunset, the Homestead Howl Dog Park is open. A day pass costs $5, a resident annual pass costs $30, and a non-resident annual pass costs $40. All Washington County parks are included in the package.

The Superior Dog Park is located at 28th Street and Wyoming Avenue, near the Millennium Trailhead. The park first opened its doors in November of 2017. The Superior Jaycees contacted the City of Superior with the idea of a dog park a few years ago, but when a location could not be agreed upon, the project was shelved for a while.
