Chris Kraft County Park

There's a brand-new skatepark there, as well as ball fields, soccer fields, and a teeny-tiny community airfield that's more grassland than runway.

Clark's Lookout State Park is a state park in Montana located one mile north of Dillon. The 8-acre park includes the peak overlooking the Beaverhead River that William Clark ascended during the Lewis and Clark Expedition on August 13, 1805.

Beaverhead Trails Coalition (BTC) was founded in 2009 by a small group of community residents who intended to encourage walking, hiking, bicycling, and other kinds of outdoor fitness in the community.

The park has 25 full hookup RV sites, 31 RV sites with water and power, 4 cottages, and 36 tent sites, 16 of which are adjacent to the Beaverhead River. There are fire pits at several sites, and some have standing BBQs.

A lovely park with plenty of grass. The sites are level, with easy hookups. One of our favorite spots to visit, and the views are spectacular, of course.
