John Topits Park, located in Coos Bay's northwest corner, is a 120-acre natural area that includes the Empire Lakes as well as protected coastal dune and forest areas.

The city's public off-leash dog park is located in Wilsonville Memorial Park. The Wilsonville Memorial Park Off-Leash Dog Park was relocated to the northeast corner of Memorial Park beside the Community Garden in October 2020 as part of Phase 1 Implementation of the Memorial Park Master Plan.

Durham City Park is a 45-acre park on the west side of town that runs beside Fanno Creek. Parking, a children's play area, a picnic shelter, an off-leash area for well-behaved dogs, paved trails, and green space are all available in Durham Park.

Creston Park is a 14.38-acre public park in the Creston-Kenilworth district of southeast Portland, Oregon, United States. The property was purchased in 1920.
