Wilderness State Park
Wilderness State Park, located five miles southwest of Mackinaw City in Emmet County, is a public leisure area bordering Lake Michigan. The park's 10,512 acres contain 26 miles of beachfront, a variety of forested dune and swale complexes, wetlands, camping facilities, and numerous miles of hiking paths.
