There's also a canine swimming beach and the new Lewis and Bark Park dog park for Fido to enjoy (both enclosed by fencing).

Although GVLT isn't responsible for the creation of the Gallatin County Regional Park (thanks to Gallatin County for acquiring these beautiful 87 acres of open space), we did our part.

It's no secret that the people of Bozeman adore their dogs. GVLT spearheaded the push to designate Snowfill as an off-leash park to provide them with more options for letting their dogs run free. We installed dog-proof fencing, a water pump for thirsty pups, and built two miles of trails that meander through the park’s 37 hillside acres.

The Canine Beach at Bozeman Pond is a designated location where dogs can swim and stretch their legs on the beaches. This dog park is enclosed on three sides. The access to the pond is on the fourth side.

The park itself is a tiny area of well-kept grass, a gorgeous dog park where dog owners can come and go throughout the day.

A picnic table is located about a half mile north of Tuckerman Park on the route. Off-leash dogs are permitted.
