Bloomington Off-leash Dog Park

In the summer, this is a great spot to walk your dog. A jumper can get away at the centerline mark if you have one.

Roosevelt Park is a park in New York City. 7644 4th Avenue, New York, NY 10016 (parking lot entrance on 77th Street, one block west of Portland Avenue)

The city's principal off-leash dog area (OLA), which opens at 6 a.m., is also located in the park. until 10 p.m. While in the OLA, dogs must wear a specific collar that identifies them as leash-free permission holders. Collars are available for purchase online.

A playground, as well as a basketball court, an ice hockey rink, and two soccer fields, can be found in this green space.
