The Feaster Route in Arkadelphia is a multi-use trail that is a terrific area to walk Petzooie! The map below shows a parking lot with easy access to the Feaster Trail in Arkadelphia.

At Garvan Forest Gardens, you'll find 210 acres of woodland gardens, as the name suggests. For a small cost, you can rent a golf cart for a guided tour, or you and your pet can walk around the many routes at your leisure. Take a picnic lunch or sit on the dog-friendly outside terrace of Chipmunk Cafe. A lovely pet fountain in Garvan Woodland Gardens appears like a natural spring emerging from the rock.

At Lake Catherine State Park, you and Petzooie may not only enjoy guided interpretive walks, self-guided hikes, fishing, and boating, but you can also spend the night in one of the park's pet-friendly cabins. Just make sure Petzooie is always on a leash.

Bring Petzooie to the area's first off-leash dog park. This facility provides a safe environment for dogs and their owners to exercise and interact. The park includes a 2-acre play area with separate areas for large and small dogs, as well as water stations, benches, paved walking routes, double gate entry, and other amenities. The city manages the park, which is overseen by the Animal Services Department.

In Hot Springs National Park, the Hot Springs Creek Greenway is a multi-use trail that's a terrific spot to walk Petzooie! A parking lot with easy access to the Hot Springs Creek Greenway is shown on the map below.

Sunset Trail welcomes pets. This charming walk, which is located within Hot Springs National Park, is known for its abundance of wildflowers. Along the journey, it passes the park's highest peak and a tranquil pond. Dogs on leashes are allowed as long as their waste is cleaned up after them.
