Popp’s Ferry Dog Park

Hiller Park is a beautiful scenic environment for dogs and their owners of all kinds. This dog park, located in McKinleyville, is fully off-leash.

The mission of this department is to provide wholesome leisure time programs and facilities for the population of Biloxi, thereby assisting them in having fun. We believe that recreational activities may help all citizens grow physically and emotionally, extend their artistic horizons, and improve their overall quality of life and wellness.

The Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department oversees a wide range of recreational opportunities for all Biloxians. 35 parks, three community centers, a natatorium, a leisure center, the Saenger Theater, a sports complex, and the Town Green are among the 55 amenities under the department's supervision.

The Hub City Humane Society is dedicated to caring for homeless, neglected, and abused animals with compassion. We were fortunate in obtaining No-Kill designation, making us one of the few No-Kill shelters in Mississippi. We endeavor to provide the best possible care for our community's homeless and abandoned pets.

Over 800 acres of camping, swimming, boating, fishing, and other activities are available at this state park with lake.
