Guided subterranean tours, gemstone panning, Moonshiners' Mystery Shack, Lost in the Woods Maze, nature walks, and more are available at War Eagle Cavern on Beaver Lake. Except for within the gift shop, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the cavern and on the grounds. Owners must always keep their dogs on a leash and under control. Follow a rushing stream down into the mountain as you stroll along the banks of Beaver Lake to the cave's beautiful natural entrance. View a variety of formations, including fossils, rimstone dams, and waterfalls, from beneath soaring domes. After the tour, explore the 'Lost in the Woods' maze, feed lake fish, pan for semi-precious gemstones, or trek short nature trails.There are no stairs or tight spaces on the cave trip. Rooms are large, with well-lit corridors. From early March until late November, the Cavern is open seven days a week.

Burns Park Dog Park is part of Arkansas's largest urban municipal park, which spans 1,700 acres. Burns Park also has two 18-hole disc golf courses, a baseball and softball complexes, playgrounds and campgrounds, a covered bridge, pathways leading to the Arkansas River Trail, and much more.

Just west of the North Bentonville Trail lies the Bentonville Bark Park, a 1.3-acre off-leash entertainment area for dogs and dog lovers. The main goal is to give four-legged pals exercise and socialization while also encouraging safe dog ownership through events and initiatives. There are distinct sections for large dogs, little dogs, and an agility course in the fenced-in area.

Paws Park at Murray Park is an off-leash dog park with separate areas for dogs over 30 pounds and dogs under 30 pounds. This is a fantastic place for you and your dog to have fun. There are tubs for your dog to swim in, chairs to sit on, tennis balls, tables to sit at, and other miscellaneous items for your dog to enjoy. The park is nearly entirely shaded.

Bring Petzooie to the area's first off-leash dog park. This facility provides a safe environment for dogs and their owners to exercise and interact. The park includes a 2-acre play area with separate areas for large and small dogs, as well as water stations, benches, paved walking routes, double gate entry, and other amenities. The city manages the park, which is overseen by the Animal Services Department.

From Bryce Davis Park, take a route to IAMS Dog Park. A pavilion, picnic tables, trash stations, benches, and a water fountain are all available at this 3-acre dog park. There is a section for little dogs and pups, as well as a section for larger dogs. Playgrounds and basketball courts, as well as restrooms and extra picnic spots, are all available at the park. Swimming in the surrounding pond is not recommended due to algae.

The Ozark National Forest is a 1.2 million-acre forest in western Arkansas' Ozark Mountains. The St. Francis National Forest in eastern Arkansas encompasses slightly over 22,000 acres, making it one of the country's smallest national forests. Hiking, camping, swimming, fishing, and scenic drives are just a few of the outdoor activities available at both parks. Both parks accept dogs, however they must be kept on leashes in the campsite sections.

A clean, off-leash dog park with both sunny and shady areas to play is available at Lake Wilson Park. The park has a total area of 320 acres, with 28 acres of water. Boating, fishing, wildlife watching, picnics, and hiking are all available to park visitors. With views of the lake and historic rock formations, the nature route winds almost entirely through the woods. In the spring, there are also a lot of lovely wildflowers!
