The Hampshire County Pet Adoption Program is a foster organization rather than a shelter. Several devoted volunteers who have opened their homes and lives to helpless animals manage our rescue. All of the animals in our rescue are fostered in the homes of our volunteers until they find their ultimate homes.

Every day of the year, twenty-four hours a day, the Franklin County Department of Animal Care and Control offers field animal control services to the residents of Franklin County. Franklin County's vicious, dangerous, and nuisance dog regulations are our responsibility to enforce.

The Clark County Animal Shelter is a facility for open intake animal control and sheltering that is funded by donations, volunteers, and Clark County. In Clark County, we take in all stray and unwanted animals.
