The Stone County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a registered charity with the state of Mississippi and a recognized IRS 501c3 charitable organization. The Jeanne H. Miller Animal Shelter is run by the Stone County SPCA for the county's stray cats and canines. Our animal shelter has a live release rate of 97% in 2020 because of your help, and since it opened, no animals have been put to death for lack of space.
