Animal Services Center - City of Wichita Falls

We have taken care of the homeless, abused, and abandoned animals in our community for the past 35 years by giving them food, shelter, care, and love until they can find their forever homes.

We provide services to Graham, Olney, and Young County as an open intake shelter. Our mission is to offer abandoned animals in our neighborhood a safe shelter. For the animals in our care, we give comfort, enrichment, socialization, food, shelter, immunizations, and other preventative care.

We are a nonprofit organization whose main goal is to improve and brighten the world. We put up fund-raising events, community-building activities, and comprehensive training sessions for our volunteers with the assistance of our diligent team.

If an animal is to be tagged for rescue by a rescue group, we ask that the group's name and the phrase "Tagged for rescue if not recovered or adopted" be included in the comments box below the animal's photo.

Concerned residents have established numerous organizations over the past few years to address the growing issue of unwanted, abandoned, and abused animals in the Gainesville region. Dr. Shelly Gomulak served as the organization's leader as Noah's Ark, S.P.C.A. was established.
