Clark City Animal Shelter

The Humane Society Serving Crawford County is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to protect all animals and enhance animal welfare.

RMC is a foster-based dog rescue run by an amazing group of volunteers committed to providing our dogs with the resources they need to live happier, longer lives.

E - Promote the spaying and neutering of pets among our nation's residents. A - Arrange adoption or fostering for all animals C - Take care of sick and injured stray animals H - Promote humane education in our school and community

We uphold Coles County's Animal Control Ordinances and the Illinois State Animal Control Act thanks to funding from county taxpayers. Our facility is home to animals awaiting adoption or owner claim.

Our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization's mission is to rescue abused, neglected, and abandoned animals in and around Jasper County and place them in a secure foster home until a permanent home can be found.

"Effingham Animal Rescue Sanctuary, also known as EARS, was founded in January 2010 by dedicated volunteers who thought that raising awareness of responsible pet ownership would help to reduce the number of animals put to death in our neighborhood.
