The goal of Noah's Ark Animal Foundation, a no-kill shelter, is to rescue, safeguard, and place stray and abandoned dogs and cats in loving homes.

Our goal is to raise money to support and enhance the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center's animal care services and to meet the financial requirements of local animal welfare initiatives.

Through our cageless, no-kill shelter and sanctuary, we aim to rescue and protect stray animals, and through our special, holistic approach to animal sheltering, we aim to give them love, healing, and rehabilitative care.

The goal of Safe Haven is to find suitable homes for dogs and cats in Iowa County while also rescuing, defending, and rehabilitating them. Second, through public outreach and the support of low-cost or free spay and neuter programs, to drastically reduce the number of stray dogs and cats and enhance both human and animal quality of life.
