Humane Society of Walden

A family-run, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Hollywood Dog Rescue works to place puppies from various organizations that are thought to operate high-kill or overcrowded shelters.

We are a NO KILL sanctuary committed to protecting, rescuing, and housing animals while actively looking for families that will love and care for them forever.

The Plattekill Dog Control Officer's responsibilities include upholding the Plattekill Code Chapter 41 Article 1 as well as any other laws relevant to the field of dog control, including Article 7 of the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets statute.

The Town of Newburgh receives animal control services from our office. This would include concerns about animals, injured animals, and stray or abandoned pets.

A small group of individuals with great hearts but tight budgets started the Humane Society of Middletown in 1959. We are a privately run animal shelter whose ONLY source of funding is the kindness of our patrons.

A non-profit animal shelter called The Humane Society of Blooming Grove is located in Washingtonville, New York. It has been committed to providing shelter for unwanted and abandoned animals since it first opened its doors in 1975.
