Valley Oak SPCA

While trying to find these animals a new, loving, permanent home, it is our mission to give them the finest care possible while they are with us.

Our goal is to find rescued cats and kittens loving, long-term homes as well as a unique, cage-free environment where unwanted cats and kittens can live in safety, happiness, and health.

We are an open admission, nonprofit shelter that relies on volunteers. Regardless of their age, condition, or behavior, we provide care for animals in the California cities of Selma, Fowler, and Kingsburg.

Valley Animal Haven and Adoption Center was established on March 20, 2014, with the goal of helping the defenseless and abandoned animals in California's Central Valley. For the organization's creator, Pamela Brazil, Valley Animal Haven is a fulfillment of a dream.

FBR's role is to provide our bullies a safe, loving temporary home while we search for their forever homes. Additionally, FBR is dedicated to encouraging responsible ownership of bully breeds, combating breed prejudice, advocating pet spaying and neutering, reporting dog fighting, and proving to the public that bully breeds make excellent, devoted, and enduring friends.
