Paws Across Pittsburgh Animal Rescue

Zen Cat Sanctuary is a privately funded, non-profit organization in New Kensington that offers cats in need exceptional home-based care, comfort, and compassion through a sanctuary, adoptions, fostering, and by creating a compassionate community dedicated to fighting for these priceless lives.

We are the Allegheny Valley's local nonprofit no-kill shelter, providing care for mistreated, abandoned, and stray dogs and cats. A tiny staff and an all-volunteer Board of Directors oversee the operation of our shelter.

The West Deer Township Dog Shelter is run by the Township as a community service. It is the only municipally run dog shelter in the area, and it is entirely staffed by volunteers. The shelter relies on community help.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. a small-town search and rescue effort limited to the needs of the community. We are not a kill space rescue team. Euthanasia has been necessary for temper and health, but never for lack of room.

By giving homeless cats a place to stay until we can find them permanent homes of their own, Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue is committed to stopping cat cruelty and neglect.
