Monadnock Humane Society

A 501(c)(3) no-kill cat sanctuary, Monadnock Kitty Rescue & Adoption is home to adoptable cats as well as feral cats.

We are committed to giving abandoned, neglected, and unwanted animals humane care and shelter, as well as finding them good new homes and raising public awareness of the responsibilities of pet ownership.

Champion lines, a written health promise. At the time of sale, a veterinary health certificate was presented. checked for cardiomyopathy. Pet cats and kittens are offered with an alteration agreement. Brown Patches, Blue, Red, and Brown Tabby cats. All kittens were raised with dogs underfoot.

A small group of local residents came together at the beginning of 2006 with the goal of caring for stray animals in the neighborhood. There was undoubtedly a need for a shelter to house, feed, neuter, and place these animals in new homes in this area of Sullivan County.
