San Luis Obispo Animal Services

Our San Luis Obispo location offers low cost spay/neuter services to the general public, canine training classes, and kid-focused humane education initiatives in addition to having cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies up for adoption.

A non-profit, humane organization called Feline Network of the Central Coast is based in San Luis Obispo and is committed to caring for, rescuing, and adopting kittens and cats as well as spaying and neutering them.

Our North County location offers low cost spay neuter services to the general public and has cats and kittens up for adoption.

Rescue and care for kittens and cats in need; placement of cats and kittens in loving, permanent homes; and reduction of feline overpopulation through an active spay/neuter program for HART's felines and a trap-neuter-return (TNRM) program for feral cats are the three goals of HART, a volunteer service organization and no-kill shelter.

The Santa Barbara Humane Society runs two facilities in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria where it provides care for stray and community-owned animals.

Dog fostering is encouraged by the Santa Barbara County Animal Services in order to make room for a renovation project in Santa Maria.
