Fort Bend County Animal Services

We are a no-kill institution that accepts lost and abandoned animals from inside the borders of Rosenberg. Our goal is to find responsible, loving homes for all adoptable animals so that they can coexist happily with their human companions.

In order to rescue and heal physically and emotionally abandoned, neglected, or damaged purebred Collies in need of permanent homes in Texas and the surrounding states, Freedom Collie Rescue (FCR) was founded.

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Houston Boxer Rescue provides entire foster care for its dogs without using kennel facilities. Throughout the Houston Metroplex and beyond, HBR is committed to the rescue, treatment, health, and re-homing of abused, neglected, or surrendered boxers.

Animal Services is devoted to safeguarding the health and safety of the citizens and animals that call Sugar Land home and is actively working to create a more humane and inclusive community.

Over 4,000 dogs have been saved by Golden Beginnings Golden Retriever Rescue since its founding in 1999!
