Animal Shelter of Quincy

The Quincy Humane Society is dedicated to the protection and wise management of animals: All living things, in our opinion, are intrinsically valuable.  We'll give them a home and take care of them.

Homeward Bound Waggin, Inc.'s mission is to provide companion animals a second shot at life by striving to stop animal abuse, relieve animal suffering, and offer safe transportation to a safe haven.

The Hearts of Hancock Humane Society was founded with the goals of ending animal suffering, preventing cruelty to animals, and promoting humane education. The society's policy is to seek acceptable homes for abandoned animals, humane care and treatment for cats and dogs in need of protection in the society's service area, and the return of lost pets to their owners.

We are a little shelter for cats. All of the available cats have been spayed or neutered.

Our organization's mission is to promote compassion and high standards of care for animals in Pike County, Illinois, through adoption and education.

Our shelter was established in 2002, and it is run by a hardworking and compassionate volunteer staff. SCHS is an entirely independent organization that is not connected to any regional or international groups.
