Rescue4All accepts pets from shelters, law enforcement, rural counties, and owner surrenders that have run out of choices. While we search for their ideal forever family, we offer them with a safe, loving foster home where they can gain important life and social skills.

Dedicated to helping Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) in its efforts to care for lost and abandoned animals throughout Spokane County, Scraps Hope Foundation (SHF) is a nonprofit organization.

Our veterinarian Dr. Leese established the pet adoption facility Julia's Jungle to aid animals in danger of being put to death in the neighborhood shelters, keeping with the original mission of her clinic. Rescued animals can stay at Mountain Empire Veterinary Services & Julia's Jungle as long as they need to until loving, permanent homes are found. Through law, education, and programs for pets and their owners, we are devoted to the placement, protection, and health of animals.
