While you are with us, we will care for all of your medical needs, give you the structure and instruction you need to succeed, love and protect you, and most importantly, treat you as one of our own.

Each year, the Kootenai Humane Society saves and adopts out more than 2,000 animals. We never set a time restriction on how long cats, dogs, and other pets can stay at our shelter thanks to our No-Kill Philosophy.

We intend to start construction on this project this spring and realize the vision. We sincerely hope that the neighborhood will support us and contribute to the cost of this renovation. No donation is too modest, and all sums will be gratefully received.

Our goal is to guarantee that companion animals in Moscow and Latah County are treated humanely and are safe.
