Carbon County Animal Shelter

If you own a dog or cat, you are aware of the friendship, love, devotion, joy, and plain fun that your pet brings to your life. However, a lot of pet owners are unaware that every privilege is accompanied by an equal obligation.

We work to get owners and lost pets back together. We work to find homes for dogs, cats, and other animals that are not recovered through our adoption program and by collaborating with neighborhood rescues.

We think every animal deserves the chance to live in a warm, caring environment.

The Roosevelt Animal Shelter attempts to locate forever homes for animals who are up for adoption as well as to reconnect lost pets with their owners. The sanctuary receives lost animals and keeps them there until their owners arrive.

All Paws Count is dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of animals through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. We believe every animal deserves safety, compassion, and a second chance. While our name reflects our origins, our mission continues to grow—supporting communities, saving lives, and building brighter futures for pets across Utah and beyond
