We work to get owners and lost pets back together. We work to find homes for dogs, cats, and other animals that are not recovered through our adoption program and by collaborating with neighborhood rescues.

All Paws Count is dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of animals through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. We believe every animal deserves safety, compassion, and a second chance. While our name reflects our origins, our mission continues to grow—supporting communities, saving lives, and building brighter futures for pets across Utah and beyond

We are a public organization that provides open admission shelter and control for animals for the people and animals of northern Utah County.

To give them a second chance, all of our cats are adopted from nearby shelters. All cats and kittens are adoptable once they have undergone a health check and are prepared to find a new home.

To make certain that every animal is adopted and has a suitable home.
