Mason County Animal Shelter

The Jackson County Animal Shelter seeks to not only find homes for all of our four-legged companions but also to spread awareness of the value of animal care so that no animals will ever again be abandoned.

Since 1986, Putnam County residents have been receiving services from the Putnam County Animal Shelter in Red House, West Virginia. In the county, the shelter offers temporary lodging and care for stray, unwanted, and owner-rendered animals. They make every effort to place these creatures in long-term, devoted homes.

We look into allegations of animal abuse and neglect, and we also collect stray dogs around the county.

Rescue of strays, their rehabilitation, and placement in long-term, devoted homes are all part of Little Victories' goal. Little Victories will promote the no-kill way of thinking and inform people about treating all living creatures with respect and decent treatment. According to Little Victories, each animal should be cared for according to its particular requirements and should have the opportunity to live a life that is free from danger and suffering.

The Roane County Animal Shelter fulfills its role as a facility for animal care and management. At their refuge, stray, surrendered, and abandoned animals can find a caring hand.

We help animals in need, provide loving permanent homes for stray animals, reunite owners with their missing pets, teach people how to treat and respect animals, and enforce licensing and other animal legislation.
