We are a nonpartisan, inclusive group that values diversity. All animals, in our opinion, are lovely and deserving of a good life and a loving home.

For a number of circumstances, many dogs find up in shelters or rescue organizations like ours. The German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue PA, Inc. is a non-profit organization that has received IRS recognition and cares for and places GSPs in responsible homes throughout Pennsylvania.

Animal Advocates is a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit animal welfare group that rescues, cares for, and places companion animals. Animal Advocates has been serving the Pittsburgh area since 1984, adhering to a no-kill policy and engaging in community-based animal activism.

Our goal is to provide assistance to all pets, regardless of their behavior, size, or age. Every pet deserves a second chance, and we work hard to give them one.
